If you were accepted here, it means that you have taken someone else's place. This means that you now bear the responsibility to make this place good for everyone. Just like the old players who helped make 380 one of the few active servers that still exist. It is the achievement of the good people here who care about a healthy community.

This server was never dependent on single individuals. Here, we complement each other. We are different – not like others who rely on a few big spenders.

I want you to read this text carefully and understand how things work on 380 and in this alliance.

🌍 Community & Mindset

380 is not just a server number. It is a community of several hundred players, where effort and commitment are more important than the pure strength of your troops. We don't need "whales" to enjoy this game.

Your first duty is to understand how things work here. 380 is a community of people who enjoy the game and find satisfaction in it – regardless of nationality or language. Here, we do not ruin anyone's fun.

We might not be the best, but we belong to the most active and strongest alliances on this server. So give as much as you receive here.

We do not fight for rewards. We fight for fun – and to make this server a known and good place for good players. Your ultimate goal should be to fight for yourself and for your alliance.

🚫 The Taboos

• Kill farming, provoking tile battles, or senseless fights leading to complete destruction ("burning to ashes") are not allowed here.
• You share this alliance with 99 other players. You don't have to like everyone, but drama has no place here.
• If you forget to shield and become an easy target because of it, it will cost you more than just your soldiers.

📊 Ranks & Looking Beyond

The ranks R2 and R3 serve our organization and planning. You can switch between these ranks at any time – this has no personal meaning. R1 is exclusively intended for inactive or punished players. So do not attach false meaning to the rank itself. Unless you land on R1 a third time, in which case you'll be kicked out of the alliance for 24 hours.

Feel free to visit other alliances on 380 from time to time to meet new people. 380 is more than just an alliance – it is a community.

Respect, commitment, and team spirit are more important here than power. If you understand and live by this, you will find your place here.
