Privacy

What we store: in-game player names (pseudonyms) and alliance organization data (e.g. troop power, event participation, points, donations). This data is entered by the alliance leadership to organize alliance life and is stored in Google Sheets (Google Ireland Ltd.). The website itself is hosted on Cloudflare Workers (Cloudflare, Inc.), which processes technical connection data (e.g. IP addresses) to deliver the pages.

Third-party requests: the pages load fonts from Google Fonts (your IP address is transmitted to Google when pages load).

Admin features using the Google Gemini API: some features that only the alliance leadership can trigger send data to the Google Gemini API. Two kinds: (1) aggregated, pseudonymous game statistics, used for written summaries and free-text questions; (2) screenshots or video frames of in-game screens that the leadership uploads so the numbers can be read out automatically — these show in-game player names (pseudonyms) together with their event, donation or points values. We do not store these images ourselves; they are only passed through to Google. As this site is operated from within the European Economic Area, Google's paid-service data terms apply to these requests: the transmitted content is not used to improve Google's products. No real names, email addresses or account data are transmitted — only in-game pseudonyms and game values. None of this happens when an ordinary visitor opens a page.

Cookies and what stays on your device: a cookie stores your language choice (rbls_lang); after an R4/R5 login a signed session cookie (rbls_sess) is set. Further settings are kept in your browser (localStorage) and are not transmitted to us.

No ads, no tracking: this site shows no advertising and uses no analytics or tracking cookies.

Your rights: if you want to know which data is stored about your player name, or want it corrected or deleted, contact 380alliancehub@gmail.com.
