Upload the in-game "Select participants" list (scroll slowly). Every member with the red request badge in the top-right of their row — "Teilnahme erbitten" (DE) / "Request to Battle for Task Force [A/B]" (EN) — is added to this list for the active event tab.
"Distribute" rebuilds both teams from scratch. "Add to existing teams" only fills free slots — nobody already placed is moved. Once both teams are full at 30, extra players stay under "Not in teams", where a swap takes over the exact slot and building.
