Plan the Canyon week in three steps — lineup, faction & plan, battle plan & announcement. “Save & publish” publishes the lineup for the whole alliance; viewing and distributing changes nothing until you save. R4/R5 only.
Needed for saving in step 1 and step 2 — on a logged-in device this row disappears.
1 · Lineup
Pick the players, distribute them into the two teams and publish the lineup. The faction is not known at this point — it only follows in step 2.
🔒 Admin editor (R4/R5)
1) Select players in the left table — they appear in "Selected" (ideally 60 = 2× 20 main + 10 sub) · 2) Distribute by combat power: teams A/B alternate by rank; per team Group A/B/C get 6/6/8 mains + 1/3/6 subs; leaders (positions 1, 6, 7) and top-8 key starters (**) are pre-set · 3) adjust ★ leader / ** key starter / S sub as needed · 4) Save & publish — publishes the lineup and the groups for the whole alliance. Numbers = combat power.

2 · Selected
After distributing you see here who is in which team — ✕ removes a player from the selection (and from their team).
Not in teams
Selected, but without a team slot — use Swap to trade them into a slot (the replaced player moves out here).

📋 No-show report — latest Canyon week
Registered in the lineup but no participation recorded in the weekly events entry. A week only counts once at least one "yes" is entered for it. An excuse covers the whole calendar week, so it also counts for Desert Storm. The orange line under a name says how often that player has been absent before.

Team lineup
2 · Faction & plan
Once the game has announced it: record which team is Rulebringers and which is Dawnbreakers, and choose each team's plan. This leaves the lineup from step 1 untouched.
Faction & plan per team
The game announces on Tuesday which team is Rulebringers and which is Dawnbreakers — the lineup from step 1 stays untouched by this. Saving here writes only these four values. Choosing the plan is your call: a Dawnbreakers team that cannot split the map (partner alliance not participating) plays the whole map instead.
●Unsaved changes
Uses the admin password at the top of the page. Saving the lineup again in the same week keeps these values — only a new calendar week resets the faction to unknown.
3 · Battle plan & announcement
Download the images, copy the announcement text and post both in the alliance. Below: lineup, map and group targets — shown for one team at a time, because both teams play at the same time and can be in different factions.
Share with the alliance
One tap for everything: two images per team — the lineup and the battle plan with all phases. On a phone the share menu opens with all of them; on a computer they download one after the other.
The in-game announcement only holds 500 characters. The text says which image to look at — post it together with the images.
Editable — the counter turns orange near the limit and red above 500. The text follows each team's faction and plan from step 2.
